Building stronger connections, one conversation at a time.
Join the North Shore Primary Care Network Mental Health Clinician team for a six-week facilitated support group designed to support parents navigating the ups and downs of relationships with their adult children. Together, we’ll explore evolving family roles, healthy boundaries, communication strategies, and constructive approaches to conflict and differences.
Through a mix of education and group discussion, you’ll gain tools to strengthen connection, reduce tension, and foster healthier dynamics with your adult children. This small group setting (maximum 12 participants) offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to share experiences and learn practical skills.

Eligibility
– Individuals with a primary care provider
– Recommended for (but not limited to) parents of adult children who are between 19 and 30 years old
