Hosted by the North Shore Primary Care Network’s Mental Health Support Team and led by peers.

This group offers a culturally safe environment for those exploring their gender identity to connect, exchange experiences, and grow. With both a mental health clinician from the North Shore Primary Care Network and a peer facilitator with lived experiences, our monthly meetings focus on peer support for gender affirming care, creating a space for communal healing, self-identity, service navigation, and building connections on the North Shore. We invite you to join our supportive and therapeutic space.
