Join Us for This Event on Aging Well
Aging well is about more than physical health; it’s about connection, resilience, and community. This conference brings together local family physicians and health professionals to explore what healthy aging looks like on the North Shore.
The North Shore Primary Care Network is pleased to invite you to its second annual Fine Art of Aging public conference – an engaging, half-day event focused on aging well and aging in place, on your terms.
Aging in place means having access to the health, social, and community supports you need to live safely and independently in your own home for as long as you wish, or are able. This conference is designed to support older adults, families, and caregivers with practical information, trusted medical perspectives, and opportunities to ask questions and plan ahead.

What You’ll Learn
Hear directly from local family doctors and health professionals on topics that matter as we age, including:
- Brain health and memory changes – understanding what’s normal and when to seek support
- The importance of sleep in maintaining physical, emotional, and cognitive health
- Staying socially connected to support quality of life and longevity
- Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) – clear, thoughtful information to support informed conversations
