Cultivating compassion from the inside out.

Join the North Shore Primary Care Network Mental Health Clinician team for an eight-week Embracing Self-Compassion group designed to help you build a kinder, more understanding relationship with yourself and others. Together, we’ll explore the foundations of self-compassion and how it can support emotional well-being, resilience, and overall mental health.

Through a mix of education, guided practices, and group discussion, you’ll gain practical tools to reduce self-criticism, foster self-acceptance, and strengthen your connections with those around you.

This small group seeing (weekly sessions under two hours each) provides a supportive, non-judgmental space to share experiences, practice new skills, and gently integrate self-compassion into daily life.
