Hosted by the North Shore Primary Care Network’s Mental Health Support Team
The Embracing Self-Compassion Group will support participants to develop a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves and others. When we learn and practice self-compassion, participants will improve their emotional well-being, resilience, and overall mental health. The group will meet weekly for 8 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. Sessions will include a mix of educational content, group discussions, and practical exercises..
