One in three seniors will fall this year, and in BC falls are the #1 cause of injury-related deaths in seniors.

What can you do to help prevent falls?

  • Keep your body active!
  • See your family doctor or PCN Pharmacist review your medications.
  • Have your eyes checked once a year: good vision can reduce your risk of falling.
