The North Shore Primary Care Networks (PCN) Team and Public Health (VCH) presented in the fall Preventive Care Series, “Connect the Dots to a Healthier Life.”
Vaccines are essential in the fight against infectious diseases. Doctors and nurses at the North Shore Public Health and Primary Care Team talked about why it’s important to follow the vaccination schedule and how immunization benefits you and those around you. The medical staff provided advice on who is eligible and where to go for your shots.
