Join us for a FREE event dedicated to providing valuable information for seniors, their families, and caregivers, showcasing opportunities and services for seniors living on the North Shore and in Vancouver. We’re excited to announce that the North Shore Primary Care Network (PCN) will be participating in the Senior’s Health Expo for the first time, introducing itself to the community! 

Visit us at the Seniors’ Expo on Friday, June 7th, 2024, to learn all about the North Shore PCN. Discover what the PCN is, why it matters to you, and how it can significantly enhance the health and well-being of our senior population. At our booth, you’ll meet our team of dedicated PCN healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, clinical pharmacists and mental health clinicians. These experts are part of a new collaborative primary healthcare team that streamlines the care process, ensuring you receive timely and appropriate medical advice and attention. Our PCN staff will also be available to discuss the many new aspects available to you in primary healthcare and provide detailed information about the events and services the North Shore PCN offers to seniors.
