A 6-week interactive workshop that explores concepts related to conflict resolution and effective communication. Participants can expect to build an understanding of how their personal values shape interactions and will learn to set clear boundaries for healthier relationships. The workshop aims to promote engaging discussions and practical exercises, guiding you to navigate conflicts constructively and communicate with empathy and clarity.
